La modificaci\u00f3n del RITE de abril de 2013 establece la obligaci\u00f3n anual para las empresas mantenedoras de instalaciones t\u00e9rmicas de realizar <strong>revisiones de la red de conductos<\/strong> y la <strong>calidad ambiental<\/strong>, seg\u00fan normas espec\u00edficas.
